1. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your Premium or Elite subscription at any time via the "Billing" section of your Dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until the cycle ends.

2. Refund Eligibility

Cloud4Send offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial annual subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

  • Refunds are not applicable for monthly renewals after the initial period.
  • Refunds are not granted if the account has been banned for violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., distributing malware, illegal content).
  • Refund requests made after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card via PayTR). The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
