1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cloud4Send, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Cloud4Send to upload, transmit, or store:

Malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Illegal content, including child exploitation material (CSAM).
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to delete any file that violates these terms and ban the offending user immediately.

3. Service Availability

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service interruptions.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cloud4Send be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ankara.
