Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

BUYER: The person who purchases the digital service via the cloud4send.com website.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the digital service (File Transfer Subscription) specified below.

ARTICLE 3 - SERVICE DETAILS

The service is a digital file storage and transfer subscription. The type, quantity, duration, and sales price including taxes are as specified on the payment page before the transaction is completed.

ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 15 (ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, "Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are exempt from the Right of Withdrawal.

However, Cloud4Send voluntarily offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial annual subscriptions as stated in our Refund Policy.

ARTICLE 5 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1. The BUYER declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the service on the website and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

5.2. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the service in a sound, complete manner, and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.

ARTICLE 6 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the settlement of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
